Sandra has more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector and advises fundraisers, CEOs and boards in fundraising strategies at higher education institutions, arts organizations, independent schools and other non-profits.

  • Ms. Ellen Bowyer, County Attorney, Amherst County, VA who filed the first lawsuit seeking to stop the closing, taking the case all the way to the Virginia Supreme Court.
  • Ms. Kathleen Papadimitriou, Alumna Relations and Annual Giving at Sweet Briar College, Inc. who managed a series of events across the U.S. and is now serving as Director of Alumnae Affairs and Annual Giving at Sweet Briar.
  • Mr. David Sufflebarger, Senior Partner, Alexander Haas, the firm that provided support services for the Saving Sweet Briar campaign, who served as Acting Vice President for Alumnae Relations and Development and enlisted the Registry.
